Stilt Walking
Penny makes most of her appearances in the standard 5' size. Some events require something a bit bigger. That's where the 8' tall version of Penelope towers over the crowd. It's an ultra colorful and fun way to make your occasion memorable. Stilt walking brings out the cameras as parents capture the moment their children get a chance to meet the 8' tall Penelope. She can even twist balloons from her ultra high perch.
